Lesson 5 RSS Feeds

I chose Google Reader because I already had a google account and the instructions were easy to follow. The two new feeds I chose were Emporia Weather subscribed from the Emporia Gazette, and Package Tracking. Since I live out of town I find it comforting to know what the current weather, and extended forecast is to plan activities and directions to work. I order things while at home and since I do not have a computer there, this gives me an opportunity to track the progress of those items. I just used this service last week to see if gifts ordered for Graduation were going to be delivered on time. I will use the weather one alot since we are in tornado season in Kansas.
